Practical info about health coaching

When you choose a health coaching session, you have decided to seek help to master your health and thereby also strengthen your joy in life. Throughout life we ​​build up a complexity of health-based challenges and at some point they can become difficult to handle and you therefore need guidance to get well again.

We start with your story... what health challenges you have, and to gain the greatest possible insight into your current situation, I ask about your background and how you handle everyday life with diet, exercise, interests, etc.
On this basis, we identify the change initiatives you need to improve your health. This involves education related to your health challenges and necessary changes to your lifestyle. You must therefore be prepared for the fact that habits will change and you may have to make demands on yourself that can more or less turn your everyday life upside down.
Your benefit will be greater self-understanding, knowledge of why you are health-challenged, and when you work with this and increase your efforts, you will feel physically better and your joy of life will increase.

A single meeting can stand alone as a boost to continue working on your health challenges, but you can also choose a course in health coaching.
